Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping

  • Processing time: Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).

  • Carriers: Canada Post / UPS with tracking on all parcels.

  • Delivery estimates (Canada):

    • Standard: 2–8 business days

    • Expedited/Express: 1–3 business days

  • Rates & free shipping: Flat rate $[X]; free shipping over $[Y] (before tax) within Canada.

  • Temperature-sensitive items: We use protective packaging and, when required, ice packs/insulated mailers. In warm weather we may hold weekend shipments to prevent delays.

  • PO boxes & rural addresses: Delivered via Canada Post; may add 1–2 days.

  • International / USA currently not offered.

Order Changes & Address Issues

  • Contact us ASAP after checkout to update or cancel. If an order has shipped, changes aren’t possible.

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays or extra fees. Carrier-returned packages can be re-shipped at the buyer’s cost.

Tracking & Delivery Problems

  • You’ll receive a tracking email when your order ships.

  • If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the box, packing, and product so we can investigate and make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Food items (consumables): For safety, opened or partially used packages can’t be returned.

  • Unopened items: Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Buyer pays return shipping unless we made an error.

  • Damaged/defective on arrival: We’ll replace or refund—contact us within 48 hours with photos.

  • How to start a return: Email [support@aquaharvest.ca] with your order number and reason. We’ll send instructions and, if applicable, an RMA.

  • Refunds: Issued to the original payment method 3–10 business days after we receive and inspect approved returns.

  • Final sale items: Clearance, short-dated, custom bundles, and gift cards are final sale.
